Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Case of Dr J Lim 1 day old baby girl, refereed from a district hospital with generalized vesicular rash at birth and later vesicles ruptured to form multiple crusty pigmented lesion over both lateral sides of the baby sparing the neck and face. she also has increased 1st toe web space on both foot. her mum was an Indonesian, had 2 abortion previously (probably male), this is her first child. antenatal and intrapartum uneventful, no history of fever or rash during pregnancy. took a skin biopsy at one of the chest lesion, result pending. will review her next week at 2 weeks old. will be updating next visit's photos.
