Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This is a 3 month old boy who presented with constipation and difficulty defecating. On further examination a red, swollen, tender area was found with some erosions near the anus. The child was started on bactroban and penicillin and asked to return if there was no improvement. The child did not return. Diagnosis = Perianal streptococcal dermatitis
