Patient of Dr D Kumar

31 year old female patient presented to my clinic with complaint of sore throat for the past 3 days and was associated with low grade fever.
On examination noted multiple ulcers over her soft palate, uvula and right tonsillar pillar. Ulcers were about 2-3mm in size.
IMP: Herpangina.
Management
I started her with T.Ibuprofen 400mg tds, Difflam gargle 10mls tds. Advise her to take cold beverages and to avoid hot and spicy food. Symptoms improved after a week.
