Patient of Dr D Vekic - 38yr old male – homeless
PC: Acute exacerbation of Psoriasis
HxPC: 4/52 worsening psoriasis and intensifying itch and pain over affected areas. Affecting: face, scalp, ears, neck, chest, torso, back, buttocks, groin, upper arms, fingers, finger-nails, lower legs, feet, toe-nails. Recent discharge from ETOH detox. patient discharged against medical advice without medications. Some ongoing joint pain affecting left knee, left hip and left shoulder.
