History:

Acute onset of asymptomatic skin lesions on upper back, shoulders and neck. Otherwise no other complaints. Biopsy showed "naked" granulomas. Chest x-ray showed bilateral hilar adenopathy. All other workup wass unremarkable. Patieent placved on hydroxychloroquine.
