Case from Dr Jo Ann Lim
38 year old guy, had multiple slow progressing skin nodule which developed into pustule then ulcer for the past 2 years. initially started at the left gluteal region, then the left lumbar, making its way up to the left axilla and left neck. He had been taking care of a sick kitten for 1 year+ but never been bitten or scratch before. no other history of insect bite and no other underlying medical illness. He had been going to a few GPs which seems to improve temporary with multiple course of antibiotics. His wife and son are also having similar lesions.
