History:

Long standing history of erosions and crusts in flexural areas particularly under the breasts and axillae and groin. Cultures usually grow some staph and candida so treatment revolves around strong topical steroids, oral anti staph antibiotics and some ketoconazole cream and reduce sweating. Flares are very common in the summer months.
