Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient presented with a large facial cutaneous horn.Notably, when pressure as applied to it, the lesion became painful. This is usually associated with malignant etiology, as opposed to a wart or seborrheic keratosis at the base. Deep shave biopsywas looked at immediately, and showed a squamous cell carcinoma at the base. The areas was then subjected to Mohs micrographic surgery.
