Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 66 year-old male presented with a rapidly growing but otherwise asymptomatic nodule on the neck. There was no detectable cervical adenopathy. Excisional biopsy revealed squamous cell carcinoma, keratoacanthoma type. The rapid growth is quite characteristic. He has been free of recurrence for one year.
