Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 70 year-old male presented with a large, neglected lesion on the right side of the back, near the scapula. He only came in due to recent bleeding which was staining his shirts. Biopsy revealed basal cell carcinoma. The lesion was removed via Mohs surgery and, per patient's desires, allowed to heal by secondary intention.
