Differential DiagnosisHistory:
27 year old male presented with slightly tender painless lesion on glans since 2 months. He gave history of unprotected sexual contact 15 days prior to symptoms. He also gave history of mild burning micturation and mild discharge per urethra which has started 10 days after the exposure and subcided in 15 days. There was oozing erosive lesion involving 3/4th part of glans and the borders of the lesion were strikingly circinate. His VDRL and HIV was negative.He was diagnosed as a case of circinate balanitis and was started on capsule Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 20 days. When he came in 15 days his lesions have almost healed.
