History:

6 year-old avid tennis player suddenly developed "rash" on face every time she played outdoors. Eruption faded some if she stayed indoor for a week. Also developed acutely arthralgia and anorexia. Double stranded DNA antibody positive, ANA positive titer 1:512. Mild proteinura. Patient started on antimalarial and advised strict photoprotection.
