Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 40 year old lady had come with the history of intense pruritus in genital area and thighs since 15 days. There was no such history in past. It started all of a sudden on genital and perineal area and slowly spread to groins , thighs and waist area anteriorly. .Rash was scaly erythematous maculopapular. There was history of wearing new coloured ( dark red) underwear without washing . The climate was hot and humid. This led to profuse sweating and leaching of colour on skin and allergic contact dermatitis.
