Differential DiagnosisHistory: This form of Pyoderma gangrenosum is sometimes described as Bullous Sweet's syndrome.It is one of the neutrophilic dermatoses and arises quite rapidly.It may be associated with an underlying myeloproliferative disorder particularly leukaemia.It responds well to oral steroids in high doses.
