History:

 A case of FLEXURAL LICHEN PLANUS with bilateral symmetrical axillary purplish patches/plaques with a solitary annular hyperpimented plaque on the neck. The duration of the rash was about one year. Uncommonly you encounter cases of LP confined solely to the flexures!
