Differential DiagnosisHistory:
The dorsum of the hands is a common site of nummular eczema. This patient suffered severely pruritic oozy and crusted discoid plaques of two years durtion. The course was punctuated by exacerbation and remissions. Combined potent corticosteroid and fucidic acid cream gave reasonable relief.
