History:

 A 40 year old married male went to a quack ( so called Sex Therapist from a village) with complaint of erectile dysfunction.

The quack had prepred some device. It was a heavy ( around 1.5  kilogram) cylinder shaped solid metalic

device ( outer diameter 2.5 inches inner 1 inch and length 5 inches) with a central hollow. He passed patient's testicles through that hollow one followed by another and told the patient that this will cure his erectile dysfunction. 

Patient did not have any benefit ( obviously) but he had great discomfort and dragging pain especially when upright. In fact he could not perform sex because of the heaviness of the device. His wife gave him divorce. 

He was a cab driver.He came to me to get that device removed.( after one year of suffering). I referred him to a surgeon. He went there once. Surgeon told him to come after 1 week ( surgeon himself wanted to decide what can be done to remove it). Patient did not come for follow up.
