Differential Diagnosis

History:

This 6 mth old male baby started getting fissurs at angles of mouth with maceration and slight whitish discharge since last 1 month. There is history of drooling of saliva. This is angular cheilitis due to candida infection. This is seen in very oldage or in infants due to lowered immunity and droolong of saliva.  Angular cheilitis can also occur due to riboflavin deficiency  and in iron deficiency anemia.
