History:

 A 24-year old female presented with asymptomatic indurated firm nodules with cup-like atrophic depressions confined to the right side of the face of three years duration. No associated cutaneous, mucous membranes or systemic findings. A deep representative skin biopsy from one of the active nodules, showed typical features of LUPUS PANNICULITIS (PROFUNDUS)!
