Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 40-year-old woman presented with erythematous facial rash of three months duration. It was accompanied by burning sensation. No other part of the body was affected. She was treated with topical creams for 3 weeks by her previous doctor with no improvement. She has negative history of any systemic disease, drug history or family history. Papulopustular rosacea is one of the common forms of rosacea which usually presents with papulopustular lesions on background of erytghema. There may be or be not eye involvement.
