Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 60-year-old woman presented with asymptomatic dusky red scaly plaques with adherent scales confined to the face of six months duration. There were no scalp or mucous membranes involvement. No similar FH or significant drug history. Skin biopsy proved DLE.
