Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This asymptomatic lesion was found on routine total body skin examination in a patient with a history of actinic keratoses, basal cell carcinoma and invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Biopsy verified diagnosis of Bowen's disease (squamous cell carcinoma in-situ). Was treated by (off-lable) three applications of ingenol mebutate 0,015%. No recurrence so far in 18 months.
