Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Flexural fixed drug reactions are unusual. The distribution makes the diagnosis. It is commonly seen with Amoxycillin but can also occur with Cephalosporins and NSAIDs.The skin was red non scaly and healed with mild hyperpigmentation.
A similar rash can occur in children as a viral exanthem.
