Differential DiagnosisHistory: First described by Favre in 1932, Favre-Rouchot syndrome is characterized by multiple open and closed comedones in the periorbital and temporal areas in the presence of actinically damaged skin. Middle aged to elderly males with a history of smoking and chronic UV exposure are commonly affected.
