Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Acral vitiligo is one of the difficult types to be treated. This patient responded well to topical 8-methoxypsoraline solution plus timed sun light exposure. Topical psoralen is effective in many cases of localized vitiligo in spite of the high incidence of local irritation which in some cases might be very severe!
