Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A slightly painful solitary crusted moderately indurated red plaque on the leg of two months duration. Systemic antibiotics were given for one week to eradicate secondary bacterial infection then intralesional sodium stibogluconate was infiltrated intrdermally every 10 days and was successful in inducing cure after sessions with minimal residual scar.
