Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis involves the pilosebaceous units particularly of the face. It is a disease primarily affecting females in her third to fifth decades of life. However, it may occur in men in whom many cases are solely presented as RHINOPHYMA (a hypertrophied bulbous nose with prominent orifices of the pilosebaceous units). Rhinophyma is usually seen in middle and elderly aged men.
