Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This young man presented with a large, slightly pruritic annular lesion on the glans and shaft of the penis centered about the coronal sulcus with hyperpigmented center and pinkish-violaceous raised border of 3 months duration. On careful examination, two small classical LP lesions are seen near the coronal sulcus on the right side. The patient also had a solitary hyperpigmented plaque with scaly surface(Wickham's striae) on one shin which was very itchy.
