History:

 A few weeks after practicing sex with a prostitute many pigmented verrucous cauliflower-like papules appeared on the shaft of the penis. Treatment with Imiquimmod (Aldara) 5% cream for 12 weeks has failed. Every other day application of 25% Podophyllin solution resulted in eradication of all lesions within 4 weeks but with significant local burning and irritation. Three months later only three lesions recured which successfuly have been treated with electrocautery.
