Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged man presented with pruritic, multiple, red patches with hyperpigmented centers of varying sizes on the face, neck and trunk. The rash developed few hours after intake of a NSAID for joint pain. This was the first attack of FDE he suffered.
