Differential DiagnosisHistory: This condition first described by Sneddon and Wilkinson consists of superficial pustules arranged in annular and serpiginous patterns mainly on the abdomen,axillae and groins.The pustules are sterile.Some cases have an IgA paraproteinaemia.The differential diagnoses are pustular psoriasis,impetigo,superficial fungal infections,acrodermatitis enteropathica and necrolytic migratory erythema from the glucagonoma syndrome.Dapsone and sulfapyridine are effective treatments.
