Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 42- year-old female, presented with persistent greasy,rough scaly papules mainly over seborrhoeic areas and flexures since last 8 years. The lesions are skin coloured to yellow-brown papules with periods of exacerbations in summer times. Keratotic flat-topped papules were seen over dorsum of hands and feet. The fingernails are partially dstructed with many v-shaped nicks at their free edges. The patient has family history of the same condition and she is newly diagnosed with type II DM.
