Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Multiple, pruritic, rounded violaceous plaques with prominent Wickham's striae of variable sizes involved both shins in an asymmetrical way of more than one year duration. The largest lesion shows central clearing, an unusual feature in LP hypertophicus.
