Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A unilateral, large, irregular, well-demarcated red scaly plaque assoviated with moderate itching of one month duration. KOH was negative and Doppler study showed intact vasular system. Biopsy was consistent with Plaque psoriasis and topical corticosteroid showed good improvement within 3-4 weeks.
