Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Asymptomatic, red scaly plaques confined to the face of one year duration. Please notice the characteristic firmly attached scales, lip involvement and slight atrophy in some of the lesions. Very good response was obtained on treatment with Hydroxychloroquine 400 mg per day plus topical mometasone ointment once daily in addition to a sun screen applied on exposure to sun.
