History:

 A 38-year-old man who is a known case of Behcet's disease since 10 years with recurrent aphthous oral ulcers, arthritis, recurrent DVT and positive Pathergy test and HLA-B51. He is presented with moderately itchy and sometimes painful skin rash confined to the lower leg (unilateral) of 3 years duration with exacerbations and partial remissions. The rash was in form of stasis dermatitis, venous leg ulcer, hyperpigmentation, scarring and papillomatous papules due to elephantiasis nostra cutis caused by chronic venous insufficiency.
