Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 35-year-old man presented with:
1. Eczematous rash involved different parts of the body with exacerbations and remissions since early childhood.
2. Recurrent skin infections in form of impetigo, folliculitis and boils.
3. Teeth abnormalities: Retained natal teeth resulted in double rows of teeth.
4. Skeletal abnormalities (disproportionate body parts and mild kyphoscoliosis).
Family history of similar condition was negative and other body organs infection was unremarkable. The only therapeutic steps can be undertaken are to treat infections and to ameliorate eczematous rash.
