Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Male patient 45 years HCV positive , presented with progressively enlarging violsaceous papules, nodules and plaques involving most of the face, oral mucosa, trunk, extremities and genitalia. No extramarital illegal intercourse or drug addiction. Skin biopsy proved the diagnosis...Serology for HIV was reactive...CD4 230/mm....Patient on ART and oncological consultation revealed extensive visceral affection.
