Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Multiple, asymptomatic, hyperpigmented, verrucous plaques with a velvety-like surface invomlved the face, trunk and extremities of many years duration. Many lesions especially those cosmetically significant were threated through many sessions of cryotherapy.
