Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Three years ago an ulcerative BCC had been excised and primarily sutured. Now she presents with an asymptomatic, oval, superficial ulcer with somehow pigmented thread-like border at the same site of previously removed BCC. Again, it has been excised with 5 mm safe margin and primarily sutured.
