Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An asymptomatic, rounded, 2 centimeters in diameter partially-crusted ulcer with a thread-like boder involving the side of the face midway between the lateral canthus and the ear tragus of three years duration. Incisional biopsy confirmed ulcerative BCC. It has been excised with a suitable safe margin and primarily sutured.
