A 62-year old man presented with progressively coarsening facial features since 2 years. He laso had multiple shiny skin-colored to yellow-brown papulonodular lesions on the trunk and extremities with predominant truncal affection, neurppathic ulcerations of foot and finger together with bilateral great auricular nerve thickening. Skin smear was positive for lepra bacilli.
