Differential DiagnosisHistory:
The history started since the age of first year with exacerbations and remissions. At presentation, wide spread severely itchy, excoriated, scaly or crusted red and some purplish-colored plaques involved the chest, upper limbs, dorsal surface of the hands and shins. Some lesions took a discoid configuration. Combination of topical tacrolimus and corticosteroids in addition to oral antihistamine were partially effective in reducing itching and rash.
