Differential DiagnosisHistory: Sclerodermoid Porphyria cutanea tarda is an unusual variant of PCT.The dermal scar like thickening usually occurs around the neck and anterior chest and sometimes in the scalp where it is associated with alopecia. There is a direct relationship between the levels of uroporphyrins in the urine and the sclerodermatous changes.
