Differential Diagnosis
History: This young man had a slowly growing lesion on his nose.It was very firm and looked pale when the skin was stretched.Histology showed the lesion to be a desmoplastic trichoepithelioma. You could be forgiven for thinking it was a basal cell skin cancer.
