Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Severely pruritic bilateral symmetrical excoriated papulovesicular rash involves the extensor surface of elbows and knees and buttocks. No oral or other mucous membranes involvement. Dramatic response within few days obtained on oral dapsone 100 mg per day.
