Differential Diagnosis
History:
Thi 40 year old male patient came with painful pustular lesions on dorsa of right hand andtender pseudovesicular lesions on palmar aspect ofsame hand with edema on dorsal aspect.Pustules showed umbilication. Right epitrochlear lymph node enlarged tender. There was history of milking cow having ulcerated lesions on udders.
