Differential DiagnosisHistory: Chronic candidiasis is seen in diabetics and individuals who are exposed to excess water.The intertriginous lesions are made up of a sodden epidermis similar to Tinea pedis.The diagnosis of candida is made by culture.Oral fluconazole weekly is effective therapy.
