Differential Diagnosis
History: Erythroplasia of Queyrat is histologically Bowen's disease of the glans penis.It resembles Zoon's balanitis.A biopsy is necessary to differentiate the two.Full blown Scc can readily develope from this condition.Imiquimod has improved treatment of this condition.
