Differential DiagnosisHistory: Cylindromas can be solitary or multiple as in this case.The multiple types are usually inherited as an autosomal dominant disorder and may be associated with facial trichoepitheliomas.Multiple cylindromas in the scalp are known as Turban tumours.They very rarely show malignant transformation.
